About Mindy and More
It all begins with food. In 2013, I co-founded "The Emporiyum," a two-day food festival in Washington, DC and Baltimore. The event was an exploration of food, culture, and creativity; it made me realize how much I love putting these kinds of experiences together. Whether it's orchestrating a large event, an intimate gathering, or a unique culinary experience, I've always been driven by the thrill of creating moments that leave a lasting impact. There’s another side to my story, though: a love of travel. Getting lost in a new city, trying a local delicacy, learning the nuances of a culture – these have been some of the most rewarding experiences of my life, and I want to share them with you.
