Vietnamese cuisine is all about balancing protein, carbohydrates and fiber. The most common spices—chilli, lime, ginger, garlic, shallot, and pepper—are essential sources of vitamins and minerals. Fresh greens and aromatics in various herbs ( basils, mints, corianders) are crucial components in Mini Kitchen’s dishes.
