About mini-Preneur
mini-Preneur is an exciting new after school program for budding entrepreneurs! Incorporating the fundamentals of starting their own businesses, mini-Preneurs will conceive and execute a business idea and bring it to life. Students will focus on developing a marketing plan, learn about budgeting, sales, and promotions, and then pitch their business idea. mini-Preneurs will develop teamwork, leadership, presentation, negotiating, computer, math and creative skills while working in a Project Based Environment. Once funded, mini-Preneurs will launch their new business and learn about the fundamentals of executing their business plan. And as socially conscious corporate citizens, mini-Preneurs will be also encouraged to donate a portion of the proceeds from their mini-Preneur businesses. Ideal mini-Preneur Students: Ages 9 - 13 Classes currently being offered through after-school programs at various schools in Manhattan.
