About MIPA Real Estate
Mipa, is a real estate agency based in Prague but operating throughout the CEE, SEE, and CIS regions. Although a full-service agency we have specialised in retail real estate consultancy. The company has helped in the design and conducted the leasing of over 15 shopping centres and retail outlets. Amongst others, these centres include the shopping centres, Nove Smichov at Andel, Prague 5, Plzen, Borska Pole, Ostrava Futurum, Brno Futurum, Usti Nad Labem, Stodulky, Danubia Bratislava, Cassovia Kosice, Savoya Park Budapest, Colosseum Bucharest, and Zira Centre in Belgrade. We have worked closely with Internationally acclaimed architects, Chapman Taylor, on a further 40 planned shopping centres in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Serbia, Ukraine, Russia, Tallinn, Estonia, Tbilisi, Georgia, Turkey , UNIC department store, Chisinau, Moldova and Setif,Algeria. In addition, we have reported and given asset management advice on many future refurbishment or repositioning projects throughout EMEA, CEE, CIS, SEE , Turkey and North Africa. Pre 2008 I was on the Advisory Board of Areim Russia ( Accent Real Estate Investment Managers) and advised on their shopping centre acquisition and development program throughout the country.
