Hi, thanks for stopping by :) Here’s my story - It all began with something simple - a love for good food, and a desire to bring people together. In 2014, we brought that vision to life with the launch of 𝗡𝗶𝗻𝗶’𝘀 𝗞𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗻 - a casual dining space where the focus wasn’t on fancy frills, but on heartfelt hospitality and meals that felt like home. No over-the-top promises. Just honest food, served with warmth and care. From day one, we weren’t just building a restaurant - we were building a place where people felt seen, where conversations flowed, and where guests became regulars, and regulars became family. As time passed, our vision grew. And so did our family of brands. In 2020, 𝗕𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝗡𝗶𝗻𝗶’𝘀 was born - a lockdown passion project turned dessert brand, made to spread joy through cookies, brownies, and everything sweet. Then came 𝗡𝗶𝗿𝗼 in 2022 - a playful, Gen Z-friendly café built for bold flavors, expressive spaces, and food that makes you feel good. Through every concept, one thing remains at our core: We build with intention. We lead with heart. And we’re just getting started :)
