Mirari is an independent production company based in Reno, Nevada, built with a clear purpose: to reshape how independent films are made and who gets to make them. Founded by a veteran and filmmaker, Mirari was born from the realization that the traditional film industry often favors access over authenticity, and gatekeeping over opportunity. Rather than fight for a seat at someone else’s table, we decided to build our own in our backyard. With more room to share! We’re creating a system where independent voices are supported from the ground up. A place where storytellers can develop, produce, and share their work with intention, integrity, and the backing of a like-minded creative network. Our long-term mission is to introduce a new kind of industry to Nevada. One rooted in collaboration, built on trust, and designed to uplift both artists and the communities around them. Mirari is more than a production company. It’s a platform for connection, a space for real stories, and a movement to make filmmaking more inclusive, accessible, and sustainable. We believe great stories don’t need permission. Just the right support.
