About Mirror Neurons

"Mirror Neurons" it's a metaphor for the reflective spaces we create. At Mirror Neurons, we believe that the most substantive learning and growth emerge from the spaces between us. We are a collective dedicated to the Conscious Leadership and Art of Facilitation, curating experiences that empower individuals and groups to see beyond the surface and connect on a more resonant level. Our name is inspired by the fascinating science of mirror neurons, the brain cells that fire both when we act and when we observe the actions of others. This neural mirroring is the very foundation of empathy, understanding, and our ability to learn from one another. Mirror Neurons Open Space Experience is a part of the WorkCoopHub project - SMartDe eG, the grant from BMWK, is part of the IGP funding program. The sessions take place every second Wednesday, you can find out more at the link below. Our initiative combines peer-driven learning experiences, a collaborative workspace where entrepreneurs, freelancers, artists, facilitators, community builders and NGOs can come together to co-create and experiment in a nurturing community.
