About Misitano & Stracuzzi
The passion for citrus fruits has always accompanied our long history since 1922, the year in which Francesco Misitano di Lorenzo and Francesco Stracuzzi di Rosario, owners of two homonymous citrus processing companies in the province of Messina, in splendid Sicily, meet for the first time. Sharing the same values and operating in the same sector, they undertake a fruitful collaboration that will lead them in 1974 to give life to Misitano & Stracuzzi Snc, a perfect synergy between experience, skills and knowledge acquired over time thanks to the initiative and personality of these two. entrepreneurs in love with their work and their land. This combination soon paid off and the company quickly gained international prominence in the sector of essential oils and citrus juices, so much so that in 1981 the corporate structure was transformed into a Spa. In 2016, Misitano & Stracuzzi USA Corp., wholly owned by the Italian parent company, was established to consolidate the brand’s presence in the American market. Starting July 29, 2024 the Company is listed on the Euronext Growth Milan.
