Miss Molly’s is a chef-driven cafe, catering company, and wholesale bakery located in Milwaukee’s Mount Mary neighborhood. Founded by Molly Sullivan in 2012, what began as a side business making wedding cakes and desserts has grown into a thriving, community-rooted business known for fresh, from-scratch food and warm hospitality. At our cozy cafe, guests enjoy seasonal menus featuring breakfast, lunch, and housemade bakery in a welcoming environment that reflects our values: quality, intention, and kindness. Beyond the cafe, our catering division specializes in drop-off breakfast, lunch, and baked goods for corporate meetings, special events, and nonprofit partners across the greater Milwaukee area. We focus on professional service and food that’s thoughtfully prepared, visually beautiful, and reliably delivered. In 2024, we expanded into a dedicated bakery production facility, allowing us to increase capacity, streamline operations, and launch a growing wholesale division. We now supply high-quality baked goods to local partners looking for consistent, from-scratch products made with care. As a woman-owned business, we are currently completing our WBENC and WOSB certifications and are proud graduates of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program.
