Larger than the women who have held one of our titles is the volunteer team and Miss North Shore Organization 'ohana who have dedicated their lives to ensure our participants and titleholders have every opportunity available to them through the various pageant systems we represent. Participation in our program provides women with the opportunity to promote platforms of community service, share their talents, intelligence, and positive values while serving as role models in our local island communities, all with the support of dedicated volunteers assisting them in their pursuit of academic excellence, service and lifelong success. The Miss North Shore Organization operates within the guidelines of the Miss Universe Organization while stressing individuality, community service, personal development, communication skills and physical fitness.
