MissFit offers both HIIT Bootcamp Workout Classes and vitual Nutrition-Fitness-Mindset Coaching Bootcamps to get mamas in the best shape of their lives! HIIT Bootcamp classes are a functional, total-body conditioning workout in-person designed for women (and moms with kids in tow). Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and core restoration, all while entertaining little ones with songs, activities and fun! Coach MissFit is skilled to meet you where you are mentally and physically. You’ll leave class feeling connected, successful and energized! No more mama guilt! This class is all about self care in a supportive and encouraging environment. Our 8-week virtual Nutrition, Fitness and Mindset Bootcamp is designed for the modern, busy woman, to teach you to burn fat quickly and keep it off for good. We practice flexible dieting, macros, intermittent fasting and transform your mindset to get to the root of weight issues. Daily coaching, a supportive and intimate community, mindset transformation, cutting edge nutrition strategies, effective fitness and maintenance coaching take you to a new level of health.
