Hi my name is Sean and I am Dyslexic, and have had to deal with many challenges in all areas of life that having dyslexia can cause, and also deal with the miss-guided understanding of others when it comes to what dyslexia is and its limits. I have never allowed my dyslexia to hold me back, and at an early age I started to create simple solutions to allow me to thrive in all that I put my mind to. The idea for this business was created from a simple solution by my son who deals with the challenges that Autism and Dyslexia can cause. At the time my son was 8 years old and we decided to do a jigsaw puzzle together, from a photo memory of the both of us. When the puzzle was completed there was a piece missing, after spending such an amazing time with my son doing the jigsaw puzzle I was a little disheartened that there was a piece missing and we could not finish the puzzle. Seeing that I was clearly a little upset that there was a piece missing, my son picked up a red marker pen and drew a heart where the missing piece once was. He had created something bespoke, that somehow resolved the problem, a simple solution to make things better. That one remarkable moment in my life, helped me to remember my son's Autism and Dyslexia is a Superpower, the name of business resembles the problem and the heart in the logo helps to remind me of the simple solution that made everything perfect. I offer support to Autistic, Dyslexic and individuals suffering from low self Esteem. I have hands-on experience in all these areas. I create and re-write documents including Guided Scripts, and offer simple solutions in order to provide bespoke support using a range of strategies to promote independence, choice, confidence, increase self-esteem, within the workplace, educational sector and in everyday life.
