About Mission Community Woodshop
Mission Community Woodshop is a non-profit, professional-grade woodworking shop in San Francisco’s Valencia corridor committed to making woodworking accessible to a wide range of San Franciscans, including furniture makers, craftspeople and creators. Together, MCW is building a tight-knit, inclusive community of good-natured woodcrafters—accomplished and amateur alike—to be a part of something bigger than ourselves. We promise to help you get comfortable working on our new and vintage machines, to guide you as you build your first projects, and to support you with flexible class tuition and bench rental fees as our finances allow.
