About Mission Link International

Mission Link International is a nonprofit, Christ-centered, ministry linking American churches/believers with missions/ministries in Eastern African countries of Uganda, Kenya, and Tanzania. Our desire is to equip and support nationals as they reach their native countries for Christ. We have three main objectives in the field: > Connect with indigenous pastors, missionaries, and ministries to encourage and strengthen their work. > Equip pastors by establishing Bible training school. MLI’s conducts Christian Study Centers in remote locations to train pastors in Uganda. These satellite schools are opening the door for many more pastors and church planters to receive training so they can more effectively reach their villages and communities for Christ. > Care for the vulnerable and marginalized. MLI has established a vibrant and growing widows’ ministry which is helping thousands of women who are struggling to survive. Assisting the widows also gives aid to their many children, as well as orphans who have been left in their care. Our widows’ ministry consists of both a sponsorship program and a business piece, whereby the widows learn skills to earn a living. We send US mission teams to assist indigenous missionaries through medical missions, pastor training at MLI schools, crusades, VBS, feeding programs, empowering widows, etc. MLI’s desire is for our short-term missionaries to experience exponential growth in their faith and in discipleship through their journey.
