Offering consulting in board development, strategic planning and implementation, chief executive effectiveness, and organization effectiveness, Mission Momentum LLC partners with nonprofit, foundation and cooperative board members and executives to move the organization from where it is to where it can achieve its potential. Board Development – To effectively lead the organization, boards need to understand their role, know how they are performing individually and as a team, be equipped to perform their role, build a strong partnership with the chief executive, and be committed to ongoing development. Strategic Planning & Implementation – To achieve the organization’s goals and vision, leaders need to have an aligned view of what the organization wants to be, a roadmap for getting from where it is now to where it would like to be and the discipline to make it a reality. Chief Executive Effectiveness – To be committed to and engaged in doing what the organization needs, the chief executive needs to understand what the board expects, know how he/she is performing, be equipped to perform his/her role, build a strong partnership with the board, and believe he/she is being compensated appropriately. Organization Effectiveness – To achieve the strategy, the organization needs to have its communication, work, decision-making, prioritization, rewards/compensation, structure, and staff aligned to implement the strategy.
