We provide full Turn-Key Services including Architectural, Engineering, Design Build, Planning, Permitting, Site Acquisition and Right of Way Services, Military Design, Construction Management, Visualization Services, and we have extensive Community Planning Group experience. We've designed over 100 projects for military installations for the Coast Guard and Navy and have completed over 3,500 projects in Southern California alone. Our construction documents have been used in several cities as standards for other professionals to follow. We have set up a quality control system, so that our internal tracking process, allows us to efficiently manage each and every project. Also having Site Acquisition in-house cuts down on cycle times, and expedites speed to market. We produce an average of 300 design documents a year for various project types. On one LA County project alone, we obtained 30 building permits in 16 business days.
