About Mittauer & Associates, Now CPH
Mittauer & Associates is a unique and competitive company. It was founded in 1989 to provide the finest in water/wastewater and civil engineering to municipalities, utilities, and counties throughout the State of Florida. Our staff members have more than 500 years of combined consulting engineering experience and have handled all phases of engineering related projects including master planning, surveying, design, permitting, and construction administration. Our staff members are experts at securing grants and low-interest loan funding for small and medium sized communities through a number of programs including USDA Rural Development (USDA RD), Community Development Block Grants (DEO CDBG), and the DEP State Revolving Fund (DEP SRF). Since its inception, the firm’s reputation for high quality work coupled with attentive customer service has earned us assignments on many projects. We are now serving fifty (50) municipalities, ten (10) utilities and six (6) counties throughout Florida. The firm also provides services to a number of private clients, including school boards, private utilities, and industrial clients. We also provide continuing engineering services to forty-five (45) Florida municipalities on a continuing contract basis. Our talented staff will design solutions that fit your needs and budget while looking for operation and maintenance savings. We listen and work closely with our clients to find cost-effective, value-added solutions to achieve their goals. By providing all design related services under a single roof, our projects are well coordinated resulting in cost savings to our clients. For 27 years, we have continually produced projects for valued, repeat clients who realize we handle each project in an efficient manner, saving them time and money.
