Only 2 blocks from the sands of Hampton Beach and all that the Village District has to offer! BRAYDEN-WES HOUSE - This beautiful house sits on a deep-water canal directly off the Banana River in Cocoa Beach, Florida. A 4-bedroom single family home that sleeps 8 with 2 baths, full kitchen, breakfast bar, dining room, outside enclosed patio with a solar heated in-ground pool, and large dock located in a family friendly neighborhood. This house also has incredible views of both the sunset and sunrise as you look down the canal. The dock is great for fishing, launching kayaks or tying up your small boat. This spacious comfortable home is within a 5-minute boat ride through the Cape Canaveral locks which gives you access to the Atlantic Ocean. 4 miles by car to Port Canaveral so perfect for cruising visitors. Watch a launch from the yard or go down to Jetty Park and watch the cruise ships leave the narrow port. A great location, close to everything. It is not unusual to see the Dolphins and Manatees playing in the canal right in front of this house! You will love it here!
