Mixtron is a manufacturer of proportional volumetric dosing pumps. Installed directly in the water supply line, pumps operates without electricity; they uses the flow of water as the power source. The water activates Mixtron pump, which takes up the required percentage of concentrate and injects it into the water. Inside the pump, the concentrate is mixed with the water, and the water pressure forces the solution downstream. Once adjusted, the dispenser requires no action or external control. The dose of concentrate will be directly proportional to the volume of water entering the Mixtron, regardless of variations in flow and pressure which may occur in the main line. During the last period, Mixtron, in order to increase the production and the efficiency, invested into a complete automatic assembly line. This investment has enabled Mixtron to become a cutting-edge technological reality, controlling the entire production process, automatically testing every single product, maximizing the reliability and quality of its dosing pumps.
