MJ Ferguson Services Ltd (MJFS) are an Essex based commercial fit out & hard services provider serving London and the Southeast, specialising in Blue-chip office environments, Healthcare, Education and Government portfolios. We offer full project delivery directly employing a team of 40+ professional managers and in house trades, which is further complimented by our head office team based at our Essex & London City offices who provide HSQE, Finance and Procurement support. We operate as both principal contractor & sub-contractor across our project remits and are fully versed in working across all forms of JCT contracts. Our passion is born from years of first-hand experience working in various sectors across both the Fit out and FM industry with and for some of the world’s largest organisations. At MJ Ferguson Services, we wanted to create something different, we wanted to build a business that has the capability to deliver in the most critically demanding environments, but with people and quality at the forefront of our minds. We pride ourselves on having the ability, resource and skills to react and deliver works at short notice to critical time frames, whilst ensuring legislative requirements are met and quality is not compromised.
