About MJM Group
MJM Group is the executive platform of Joe Monroe — a hands-on operator who steps in when companies need results now. I build companies that create options — growth, exit, or both. Most of my work happens inside the business, not around it. I’ve led market launches, commercial turnarounds, and global expansion efforts across MedTech, digital health, AI, and robotics — working alongside CEOs, founders, and investors to restore clarity, performance, and confidence. Companies bring me in when: ► They’re entering the U.S. and need regulatory, reimbursement, and commercial traction. ► They’re expanding internationally and need distribution or partnerships built from the ground up. ► Growth has stalled and leadership needs a plan — and someone to execute it. What I do: I step in as an embedded executive to rebuild commercial systems, reset strategy, and align teams to scale. That can mean leading a turnaround, launching into new markets, building a go-to-market engine, or preparing a company for investment, M&A, or IPO. I’ve been in roles like CEO and Head of Commercial, but titles have never mattered much to me. What matters is the work to be done — building the system, the team, and the plan that turn ideas into scale. My core strength is commercialization, but I lead across the full stack: marketing, finance, operations, and quality. I’m not a consultant. I’m an embedded operator who builds the people, systems, and accountability needed to move from stuck to scaling. Most engagements are full-time leadership roles. I’ll occasionally take on an interim or fractional assignment when the timing or stage fits. What matters most is helping the business move forward — fast, focused, and built to last. My goal is simple: build strong companies that keep their options open and their momentum alive.
