MJP Accountants are independent accountants in the property sector. Our remit is to thoroughly review the accounts and financial information produced by property and residential managers. We provide a timely, efficient and cost effective service to help property managers produce service charge and company accounts which they can distribute to their clients and file with Companies House. Our clients are based throughout London, the South East and across the whole of the South West. We have a great relationship with all our property managers, delivering a first class, timely service to ensure all company and statutory deadlines are met. As well as independently reviewing the accounts, we also review the legal and compliance aspects associated with property management. This includes reviewing leases and highlighting any action which needs to be taken. We also check the correct insurances are set up and verify that all the correct documentation is in place for managing the property. We work with a broad spectrum of property management companies ranging in size from one apartment block with 3 – 4 units up to large scale property developments. Our aim is provide a quick, yet detailed review, of all the information required by our clients.
