The big difference that our clients appreciate about us, is that we DO NOT charge any fees for our advice and guidance on your mortgage choices… AND THAT’S A PROMISE! Why? We believe that everyone should have access to professional and whole of market mortgage advice. Historically we’ve never needed to charge an advice fee as our work has come from returning happy clients and those that they have referred to us, and our commission is covered by the lender when the mortgage goes through. All we ask is that if you appreciate how we work you spread the word! We are often able to access mortgage deals through our Network Quilter Financial Planning LTD that are not available directly to the public, and have an intimate knowledge of which lenders are most likely to accept your mortgage application. Whilst we specialise in honest, jargon-free advice for all types of mortgages, our founder, Marc Kavanagh spent over 16 years in the military and is therefore in the unique position of understanding military mortgages from both sides. He is proud to give back to those who serve their country, by bringing his expertise to the forefront in helping them secure a home. We pride ourselves on our: • Honesty and clear communication • Unwavering determination for momentum • Clear information without jargon • Only charging a small, fixed, final admin fee upon completion of the mortgage. This means, if you choose not take a mortgage on our advice, you will not be charged at all.
