ML Deer Construction is an experienced and seasoned full service General Contractor that provides all of our client’s needs from the “pre-construction” or “design” phase to final completion. We specialize in commercial and industrial construction and a large variety of construction methods. Our portfolio consists of projects in assembly, business, educational, factory, high-hazard, Institutional, mercantile, and storage of the International Building Code Use and Occupancy Classifications. Here at ML Deer Construction we are staffed to handle both “design-Build” and “design-bid-build” (aka “conventional” or “traditional”) project delivery systems. One of the most important phases of any project is the “pre-construction” or “design” phase. This is where both a project and a good customer relationship are rooted. Our devoted and experienced design team works diligently to ensure that we are giving our client the best balance possible of what they want and what they need. We make sure that every dollar spent is placed where it will best suit the customer’s needs.
