About MLC Ireland

MLC are specialists and industry leaders in providing English Language Programmes and Tours to international students. We provide a welcoming environment for students to visit Ireland and advance their English language ability. Students stay with carefully matched host families who have children of the same age as the student. Our programmes allow students to benefit from full immersion in the English language in a way not achieved through classroom based learning. 1. Constant exposure to the native language creates far greater opportunities to listen and absorb information; thus improving comprehension, vocabulary, pronunciation and accent. 2. This results in significant improvements in language capability and in the ability to perform well in school exams. There also exist huge cultural aspects to our programmes gained through living with a host family and experiencing Irish life, culture and community. 1. MLC offers two types of programmes; ACTIVITY PROGRAMMES Basketball, Farrmstay, Fishing, Golf , Homestay, Homestay & Excursions, Homestay & Group Tours, Homestay with a Teacher, Horse Riding, Music, Acting & Dance Camp, Outdoor Adventure Camp, Pony Camp, Rugby, Soccer, Surfing, Tennis. ACADEMIC PROGRAMME Academic Year, Term of Short Term Stays An opportunity for students to attend secondary school in Ireland. Students are enrolled in the appropriate year group and the host sibling int he family also attends the same school. MLC offers students a unique opportunity to advance their language skills as well as their personal development.
