For Renters: With an MLX Insider account, renters can triple their access to No Fee apartments direct from Landlords. All other brokers charge 15% commissions on these Landlord apartments. For Buyers: With an Insider account, buyers receive rebates from $500 to $75,000. Since 1999, MLX has fought significant battles to promote its pro-consumer real estate services. MLX has prevailed against the New York State Department of Services, Division of Licensing to offer online access of listings to consumers. MLX settled an antitrust case against the trade association, the Real Estate Board of New York, and won the right to integrate a listings datafeed.
