MMI Communication was founded in 2001 by Mike Martorella to work with individual senior executives and their teams throughout their development as leaders. Mike’s coaching practice began with executives who were transitioning from functional and technical management to strategic leadership positions. His focus was on helping people develop their authentic leadership presence, communicate their messages with confidence and enhance their credibility in their new roles. Clients saw value in Mike’s intuitive and quantitative approach and the insights he brought from having walked in their shoes as a corporate leader. As a result, in addition to working with executives on leadership presence, clients asked him to work with their executives to help them navigate the increasing complexity facing their organizations. Today, MMI Communication offers executive coaching to support the growth and success of an organization’s key people on their leadership journey. Our clients become focused, credible leaders who achieve success for themselves, their people and their organizations.
