About MMIR Utah
MMIR Utah is a nonprofit organization dedicated to honoring our matriarchs, amplifying Indigenous voices, and confronting the crisis of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Relatives (MMIR). We work to bring healing, awareness, and justice to families and communities who have carried these stories too long without answers. Our mission is to give voice to families of the missing and murdered while building new pathways for safety, remembrance, and advocacy. We believe the land remembers, the waters heal, and our collective stories hold the power to transform trauma into strength. We walk forward guided by the wisdom of our matriarchs—working in both physical and digital worlds to restore balance, dignity, and safety for Indigenous peoples in Utah and beyond. Support & Sustain MMIR Utah Your donation directly fuels our work—whether it’s Rematriate, Reclaim, Kinnected Tech, or Medicine Forward: - You choose where your support goes. - Every dollar is tracked transparently through Cheddar Up.
