Our Director Steph has had a successful career in Marketing, Financial Services, Real Estate and Hospitality. With hands on Director, Operations, Marketing, Cashflow and P&L experience and with one of her own companies having turnover of over £1.69m she has overcome business challenges and driven efficiency and growth to meet the business goals. After having her first child and selling one of her Lettings Business to Ascend Property Management in 2021 to have a better work life balance for her growing family, she then sold her management company to her co. directors in late 2021. After a stint in Hospitality and Leisure Sales and Marketing management and having her second child Steph's family is now complete and she began taking calls and messages from her contacts in the industry who required her help. MMSO Consulting Limited, established in March 2023 was then formed which allowed her to have the work life balance she set out to achieve, whilst helping other businesses which she remains very passionate about. Steph now provides successful consultancy options with flexibility to meet the needs of her clients budgets and timeframes.
