About MN Leave Solutions
We help employers and employees navigate Minnesota Paid Family Leave program. This law gives employees up to 20 weeks of paid leave, while the employer is required to hold their jobs and continue benefits. There are a ton of tax (they go up), legal (compliance) and financial implications that will be facing businesses. But it also is an opportunity for employees to deal with their health conditions, bond with newborns, care for family members and handle domestic situations while holding their jobs! This law is going to cover any employee residing or doing work in Minnesota, so employers all over the word will need to be in compliance. Employers have the option to 'opt out' of the State run program with self insured/or private coverage. Also- there will be grant $$ available to eligible businesses to help with these transitions. We provide hands on education and guidance to ensure all parties involved are getting just outcomes, and not wasting a bunch of time.
