MNDATORY is a Melbourne-based menswear label, founded by Creative Director, Brian Huynh. Fashion has always been a vehicle for creative expression and experimentation; and the role it plays capturing the zeitgeist of each new era goes hand-in-hand with the man who wears it. At MNDATORY, we appreciate that the men of today are already fashion educated – they travel, they read, they shop online. The goal then for us is not to try and reinvent the wheel, but to supply them with the timeless garments that complete their wardrobe. Our brand is built on conscious and carefully considered design, with integrity and ingenuity at its core. Through a multidisciplinary design approach, inspiration is often drawn from art, societal sub-cultures and architecture. Our menswear mixes contemporary ideas with classic silhouettes; and our garments are meticulously cut to produce versatile classics. We pride ourselves on our attention to detail, offering a wardrobe that is refined, well-crafted and ultimately MNDATORY.
