Our Mission: To provide Management and Sales Teams, of small and medium size companies, with the tools to accelerate their organizations growth. Our highest retained service is Fractional / Outsourced Sales Management. Many small and medium sized companies can not afford the luxury of a highly skilled, and paid, VP / Sales Manager. We provide that service for a FRACTION of the cost of a full time employee. A mix of offerings compete for the second most favorite: We are a proud Partner of DiSC Personality and Behavior Tendency assessments. We offer Leadership Development, Workplace Development, Team Development, Sales and Management Assessments. Take advantage of what Large companies know about each other to be more cohesive and more about your customers to better serve them. Due to wide breadth of team experience, we often provide General Management skills as part of the Fractional / Outsourced skills set. We have found many of our clients need a sounding board of an outside opinion, to help facilitate increased productivity, quality and customer service.
