We are a full service in-home primary care practice of seasoned nurse practitioners, and can also set up the following services to come to you as required: *Lab draws, routine and as needed *INR management for Coumadin *X-rays, ultrasounds, EKGs, ECHOs, sleep studies and oxygen testing *Home Health Therapy (physical, occupational, speech) *Getting much needed medical equipment (walkers, wheel chairs, hospital beds, oxygen, etc.) *Home Health Nursing (frequent health monitoring needs) Our goal is to keep you healthy and happy in your home through preventative health visits and sick visits, and whatever is required to meet your healthcare needs.
