We are Mobility Duo, aka Mark & Sarah. We are a husband and wife team made up of a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Yoga Instructor, Personal Trainers, and lovers of the outdoors. We live in beautiful Bend, OR and our focus with Mobility Duo is to educate the average snowboarder in rehabilitation, strength, flexibility, mobility and injury prevention. When we are not snowboarding you can find us rock climbing, mountain biking, mountaineering, trail running, playing soccer and sipping on fine Oregon made beer.
