About Mobility World

The founders of Mobility World started trading locally in 1990 and as a result of their very successful trading they decided to trade nationally and the limited company was formed in 1993. We are based in both Harrow and Letchworth. Our showroom is in a really central location in Harrow, close to main public transport links, easy to find for anyone who is looking for us! When we started the company we realised that there was a growing need for a shop like ours in the community. We wanted to offer an alternative to direct sales of disability products and give customers the opportunity to come to a show room where they could see and touch the items they wanted to buy first hand. At Mobility World customers can finally come into a shop where they can get expert help and advice from trained staff before they make a purchase. Why shop at Mobility World? You’ve probably noticed that most companies that sell products for the elderly or mobility products only sell high value items. What about the small value items that help you and make so much difference to your life? The great news is that you can find both high and low value items to buy in our showroom, from walking sticks to scooters, you name it you can find them in stock. Are you thinking of making any changes in your house? Perhaps you need help with a new bathroom design. Well if you do, we also have staff that can share their expertise in shower and bath renovation with you. The equipment for converting your bathroom or making other major changes is all available in store, just ask a member of our staff when you visit us. We look forward to meeting you.
