To date, the company owns and manages 15 properties containing 32 units and 97 bedrooms. Currently there is $1.5MM under construction, which will add 6 more units with 24 new bedrooms total. There is an additional $1.5MM of construction that will take place in the spring of 2015, adding 7 more units with a total of 17 more bedrooms.
