Modern Matriarchs CIC is established to address the specific needs and challenges faced by women within North East Lincolnshire. Our primary objective is to empower and support women of all backgrounds, ages, and circumstances to achieve their full potential, fostering a more equitable and thriving community. We are committed to: Promoting Gender Equality: By actively working to dismantle barriers that hinder women's progress, we aim to create a society where women have equal opportunities in all aspects of life. Providing Support and Resources: We will offer a range of services, including, but not limited to; empowerment programs, skills workshops, access to information and support networks to address the diverse needs of women in our county. Enhancing Well-being: We recognize the importance of holistic well-being and will provide resources and support to promote physical, mental, and emotional health. Fostering Community and Connection: We will create safe and inclusive spaces for women to connect, share experiences, and build supportive relationships. Advocating for Change: We will actively advocate for policies and initiatives that promote women's rights and address systemic inequalities. Our activities will be carried out for the benefit of the community, specifically women residing within North East Lincolnshire. Any profits generated by our CIC will be reinvested into our mission to further empower and support women in our community. We are dedicated to ensuring that our work has a positive and lasting impact on the lives of women in our county.
