We exist to make projects happen in the renewable, financial services, project, civic infrastructure and resources sectors. We specialise in identifying, assessing and managing the modifying factors that underpin your project or development. We then go on to work with you to ensure project resilience, and stable and sustained business growth. ABOUT US Our name says it all Getting a major project off the ground can be likened to figuring out a puzzle – it calls up some of the pieces that project proponents recognise and know about but just can’t put their finger on other pieces necessary to complete the picture, or how they fit together. That’s what we do Our name, Modifying Factors, represents the set of modifying factors – technical, economic, marketing, legal, infrastructure, social, environmental, governance (ESG) and regulatory – that have an impact on every project in the sectors in which we operate. We identify, analyse, assess and manage these risks for our clients, ranging from project proponents and communities, through to governments, suppliers and financial services (insurance, investors, lenders). We understand that current and emerging environmental, social and governance (ESG) requirements are also modifying factors critical to the technical and commercial success of renewable, resources and infrastructure projects. Established in early 2023, we’re proud of what we’ve achieved to date in helping to generate savings for our client and sustainable and enduring projects.
