We specialize in creating high-quality, eco-friendly, and comfortable modular buildings that meet the highest standards of our clients. Since 1993, we have manufactured and installed over 5,000 modular units with a combined area of over 100,000 square meters. Our products are being developed in our manufacturing facility located in Starachowice, Poland (8,000 sq. m. of useable area ). Our key services include: • Adapting existing design projects for modular technology production • Developing detailed production drawings • Turnkey production of modular buildings, including finishing work and FF&E furniture installation • Installation of modular buildings anywhere in the world The load-bearing structures of our modules can be made using the following technologies: • steel frame (from standard profile range and LGS) • wooden frame (INDUO technology) • hybrid frame (combination of steel and wood elements) • load-bearing sandwich panels made using our own patented technology • CLT panels • concrete prefabricates Modul System has a positive track record of manufacturing and installing modular buildings in Germany, Netherlands, Norway, the United Kingdom, the USA, Belgium, and Poland. Our clients include corporations from industries ranging from: • telecommunications • infrastructure • healthcare • hospitality • aviation. We have experience working with government agencies and military clients, including demanding projects for the U.S. Army. We work with major companies and organizations such as Siemens, Samsung, Deutsche Bank, Volkswagen, and others. Modul System manufacture and install modular residential complexes, schools, and kindergartens, care homes for people with special needs, academics, private homes, and holiday park homes.
