About Modus Pilates

Modus is a modern Pilates studio, ideally located to serve Montreal’s Mile-Ex and its neighbouring communities of Little Italy, Mile End, Villeray, Outremont, and Town of Mont Royal. Our bright, airy commercial loft space allows for plenty of room to move. We are fully equipped with Balanced Body Studio Reformers, a Tower, Exo Chair and numerous small props. Reformer group classes are currently limited to 5 people, allowing for more personal attention during class. Private and semi-private classes are available in person, or virtually via Zoom. Corporate rates and special packages are available for companies who would like to offer wellness services for their employees or clients.
