This entity has more than 40 years of experience in allocating, investing, constructing, developing, and operating real estate properties and acquiring a portfolio of many attractive properties in the region, including Granada Village Residential Compound (300 units) and Times Center (Office & Retail Building with rental spaces of 38,000 m2). Such a portfolio is worth more than SR 2,8 Billion of value per the Q4, 2015 evaluation. Activities of Aljammaz: Aljammaz along with its respective affiliates, are engaged in a broad spectrum of activities, including financial advisory services, brokerage services, maintenance, construction, principal investing, and the sponsoring and offering of private investment funds. In the ordinary course of their respective businesses, Aljammaz and its respective affiliates may engage in activities in which their interests or the interests of their clients may conflict with or be adverse to the interests of the Operation. In addition, such clients may utilize the services of Aljammaz or any of its respective affiliates, for which they will pay customary fees and expenses that will not be shared with the Operation. Aljammaz along with its respective affiliates, has long-term relationships with a significant number of private equity firms and companies, as well as with numerous operators, including institutional operators.
