Established as a directive by His Highness the Crown Prince, The Mohammed bin Rashid Center for Special Education Operated by The New England Center for Children (MRC-NECC) ensures that children with autism in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi have access to the facilities and resources that they need for a high quality education experience that will maximize their independence. The MRC-NECC program provides an evidence-based, highly effective, world-class program for UAE National children with autism.
