Founded originally as an executive search firm in 1996, today Moisson Partners Inc is a boutique consulting firm, focused on the industry in which our consultants worked for many years. We are something unique in the investment and wealth management industry. Our mission is to provide firm owners, advisors, and their key employees a partner to help them build revenue, profit, and value in their firms. Through consulting, we provide guidance to create, implement, and manage systems and strategies to grow firms from a Practice, to a Business, and ultimately to an Enterprise. We provide a growth path for younger advisors, and a succession and/or retirement path for equity holders and owners. In order to implement our plans, and those of our client-partners, we employ our executive search roots, (1996), to surface, vet, and onboard key players, producing advisors, and leaders, to take firms into the next generation. A similar process is employed to surface, vet, and bring to the table targets for merger and acquisition. Through our acquisition services, we help our client-partners to leverage their firms to create scale and revenue to grow and become more valuable. Some clients work with us on a full-cycle basis – others as needed – but either way, our 360˚ approach gives us perspective and capability that is not found elsewhere in the industry.
