ArctiDry Systems also provide: - An unparalleled ISMRE2 efficiency rating of up to 11 lbs/kWh, which dramatically lowers electricity consumption by up to 50 percent while in cooling mode. - The ability to operate in heat pump mode as low as 10 degrees Fahrenheit ambient (with supplemental heating options available for colder climates including gas, electric, and hot water). - Heating efficiency ISCOP greater than 3.0 (Integrated Seasonal Coefficient of Performance, per AHRI 920 test standard). - Takes advantage of the compressor it uses in summer to also pump heat from the outdoors into the building in winter, making it a more cost-effective heat source than a conventional gas or electric heater. - Able to efficiently heat, dehumidify, and cool the air as needed, all in a single easy to install and maintain unit.
