MoKan – Missouri-Kansas Retailers Association MoKan is a regional trade association representing independent retailers, convenience stores, liquor stores, gas stations, and other small businesses across Missouri and Kansas. We serve as a unified voice for store owners, offering advocacy, education, and access to technology and vendor programs that help members compete and grow.
