The circles practice Non-Violent Communication (NVC) techniques which create a culture of compassion towards others and the self, enabling effective peer support within the group. The project model is constructed in such a way so that once the circle is ready, the mentor leaves and the group operates independently. The self-sufficiency-enabling approach empowers teacher community to provide and receive peer support long-term.
