Molder & Forge is a massage therapy and personal training service owned and operated by strength athletes. We approach fitness challenges from a place of empathy, education, and strategy. We seek to provide an environment where clients learn to ask the right questions, understand their unique body, and ultimately, how to treat themselves better. Our philosophy on fitness starts with empathy. We understand the physical and emotional toll that injuries or physical limitations can take on your wellness. Environmental factors such as your diet, exercise, work-life balance, sleep, and mental health directly impact your quality of life.
