We are millers, ours is an ancient and fascinating work that asks for awareness and awareness of what we have in our hands. Because our first commitment is to buy top-quality soft wheat: a healthy, artisanal and controlled product that gives life to natural flours, rich in flavor, with an intoxicating scent, without chemical additives. For us "very high quality" means a very precise thing: starting from a natural raw material, from excellent grains to which we do not add either enzymes or additives to give you a 100% natural product. We devote most of our time to small things: the details that bring you the original scent, the simple taste and the genuineness of the flour. On the other hand, there is a world behind every pack of flour. A world of time, attention, respect, trust and contact. A world that lasts a year in which man and nature work together, side by side: 9 months have passed from the sowing of the wheat to its harvest, then, when the wheat arrives from us, begins its production process at the end of the which becomes flour. We keep it in a cool, dry and airy place, let's rest it giving it the proper maturation time in dedicated spaces where there are no contaminations with other products such as vegetables or spices, because it does not absorb odors. We work hard, to achieve all this with great determination, to make you proud of us.
