Founded in 2006, Mollydooker Wines is an exciting, out of left field winery in the heart of McLaren Vale, one of South Australia’s oldest and most acclaimed wine regions. Located only a 40-minute drive from the Adelaide CBD, Mollydooker offers a range of their delicious award-winning wines and platters with local and international produce, all while taking in the panoramic views of the surrounding Willunga hills in their newly refurbished cellar door. With a strong focus on the vineyard and creativity, Mollydooker wines have earned numerous awards both locally and nationally, including Telstra South Australian Business of the Year, Australian Winemakers of the Year, Australian Boutique Winemakers of the Year and many more! In 2007, Mollydooker’s Velvet Glove Shiraz became their fifth wine to be awarded 99 points by The Wine Advocate and their Carnival of Love Shiraz has now been listed in Wine Spectator’s ‘Top Ten Wines in the World’ three times! With a desire to help others where they can, Sarah and the Mollydooker team have developed the concept of ‘Sip it Forward’, where a portion of proceeds goes towards supporting local and international communities, including The Hutt Street Centre, Transform Cambodia and Mercy Multiplied.
