About MOM Culinary Institute
Comprehensive training centre in the hospitality and restaurant industry, closely linked to sustainability. TRAINING COURSES The following formal training courses will be offered at MOM, and will be approved by the Department of Education of Madrid. Intermediate official vocational training programmes: - Diploma in Food Preparation and Culinary Arts (2 academic courses) Advanced official vocational training programmes: - Diploma in Food Preparation and Cookery Supervision (2 academic courses) - Dual qualification in Food Preparation and Cookery Supervision and Food and Beverage Services (3 academic courses) TRAINING MOM is a centre where, with the help of our training team and the professionals and businesses that collaborate on the project, we offer companies in the sector varied customised training programmes that will help to guarantee their successful and efficient long-term business. CONSULTANCY The consultancy of MOM, composed of professionals with years of successful experience in the sector and under the supervision of the two Michelin star chef Paco Roncero, assesses the expansion plans, pre-opening (hiring, staff, adapted cuisine, marketing, communications), opening and setting up of any restaurant business from scratch, both in Spain and around the world. To do this we have our own customised R&D department. We also have our own talent incubator (headhunting and databases including national and international hospitality companies).
